Lead Organizer
You’re the point person on every project — guiding clients, directing the team + making sure the work reflects Organized Boutique’s boutique-level standard from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
—Lead organizing sessions end-to-end, including client consultations
—Design customized organizing systems tailored to each client’s lifestyle
—Manage on-site workflow + support Associate Organizers as needed
—Guide clients through decluttering with compassion + efficiency
—Uphold professionalism + discretion in every space
You’re a Great Fit If You
—Have previous professional organizing experience
—Feel confident leading client sessions independently
—Can build functional, personalized systems on the fly
—Are resourceful, proactive + a natural problem-solver
—Have reliable transportation within Collin County + Far North Dallas
Associate Organizer
You’re the hands-on heart of each project — sorting, arranging + transforming spaces alongside a Lead Organizer or independently, depending on your experience. Perfect if you love the work itself + want to grow within a boutique organizing team.
What You’ll Do
—Sort, categorize + arrange items with an eye for function + aesthetics
—Support clients through decluttering with patience + care
—Follow organizing systems set by the Lead Organizer
—Step into a more independent role on smaller projects as experience grows
—Maintain confidentiality + respect for clients’ spaces
You’re a Great Fit If You
—Have a natural ability to create order, professionally or personally
—Are reliable, punctual + professional on-site
—Can take direction + adapt when things shift mid-project
—Are comfortable in all kinds of spaces — closets, kitchens, garages, excessive clutter
—Have reliable transportation within Collin County + Far North Dallas
The Details
Compensation
- $25–$35 per hour
- Independent contractor (1099)
- Rate based on role + experience
Schedule & Availability
- As-needed, on-call independent contractor
- Weekdays typically 9 AM–3 PM
- Weekend availability a plus
- Sessions run approximately 4–5 hours
- Frequency varies with client demand
Physical Requirements
- Stand, bend, kneel + lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in all conditions, including garages, heavily cluttered, dusty or pet-friendly spaces
- Stamina for extended hands-on work
Education & Experience
- Associate’s Degree or certification preferred
- Background in organizing, staging or decorating is a plus
- Lead role requires prior professional experience
