Current Opportunities

Lead Organizer

You’re the point person on every project — guiding clients, directing the team + making sure the work reflects Organized Boutique’s boutique-level standard from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

—Lead organizing sessions end-to-end, including client consultations
—Design customized organizing systems tailored to each client’s lifestyle
—Manage on-site workflow + support Associate Organizers as needed
—Guide clients through decluttering with compassion + efficiency
—Uphold professionalism + discretion in every space

Associate Organizer

You’re the hands-on heart of each project — sorting, arranging + transforming spaces alongside a Lead Organizer or independently, depending on your experience. Perfect if you love the work itself + want to grow within a boutique organizing team.

What You’ll Do

—Sort, categorize + arrange items with an eye for function + aesthetics
—Support clients through decluttering with patience + care
—Follow organizing systems set by the Lead Organizer
—Step into a more independent role on smaller projects as experience grows
—Maintain confidentiality + respect for clients’ spaces

The Details

Compensation

  • $25–$35 per hour
  • Independent contractor (1099)
  • Rate based on role + experience

Schedule & Availability

  • As-needed, on-call independent contractor
  • Weekdays typically 9 AM–3 PM
  • Weekend availability a plus
  • Sessions run approximately 4–5 hours
  • Frequency varies with client demand

Physical Requirements

  • Stand, bend, kneel + lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in all conditions, including garages, heavily cluttered, dusty or pet-friendly spaces
  • Stamina for extended hands-on work

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s Degree or certification preferred
  • Background in organizing, staging or decorating is a plus
  • Lead role requires prior professional experience

FAQs

No certification is required, though any organizing-related training is always a plus. What matters most is your experience, mindset + passion for the work.

All positions are independent contractor (1099) roles. You’ll work on an as-needed, on-call basis, not as a full-time employee.

Organized Boutique handles product recommendations + sourcing for clients. You’ll be responsible for your own basic organizing tools + supplies. More details are shared during the onboarding process.

This is a flexible, as-needed contractor role with no guaranteed hours. Our organizers typically work anywhere from 0 to 2+ days per week, with more opportunities during peak season. The more reliable + skilled you are, the more projects that come your way + there’s always potential to grow into a Lead Organizer role over time.

We currently serve clients across Collin County + Far North Dallas, Texas. Reliable transportation to these areas is required.

Refer a client to Organized Boutique + earn 10% of the project total, paid out once the client pays in full. There’s no limit to how many clients you can refer!
