At Organized Boutique, we’re looking for friendly, responsible, trustworthy, detail-oriented organizers to assist projects on an as-needed, on-call basis. If you have an eye for organization, a heart for helping others and a talent for bringing order to any space, we’d love to hear from you! While we may not always have immediate openings, we regularly review applications and will reach out when opportunities become available.

Current Opportunities

As a Lead Organizer, you’ll be the point person on organizing projects, working directly with clients to assess their needs, create customized organizing solutions and execute projects with efficiency and care. This role requires leadership, problem-solving and the ability to manage both clients and organizers on-site.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead organizing sessions from start to finish, including client consultations
  • Develop personalized organizing systems and strategies
  • Manage on-site workflow and direct Support and Associate Organizers as needed
  • Guide clients through decluttering decisions with compassion and efficiency
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion and high service standards

  • Can create customized, functional organizing systems tailored to each client

Schedule & Availability
  • All positions are as-needed and on-call. Projects will vary in frequency based on client demand.
  • Flexible scheduling based on availability, but candidates should be able to work during weekdays (typically 9 AM-3 PM) and/or weekends as needed.
  • Sessions typically last between 4-6 hours.
  • 0-20 hours/week. Hours not guaranteed.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a variety of home and office environments, including attics, basements and garages.
  • Stamina for hands-on, physical work, often requiring extended periods of sorting, decluttering and organizing.
Education & Experience
  • An Associate’s Degree or a Certification in any field of study.
  • Previous experience in professional organizing, customer service, interior decorating, home staging or another hands-on role is a bonus.
  • Lead Organizers should have prior organizing experience and strong client management skills.

As an Associate Organizer, you’ll play a key role in supporting both clients and Lead Organizers during organizing projects. You’ll be more experienced than a Support Organizer and capable of working more independently while still following the overall project plan. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset and a passion for creating organized, functional spaces.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in hands-on organizing projects, working directly with clients or under a Lead Organizer
  • Sort, categorize and arrange items in a way that maximizes function and aesthetics
  • Provide guidance to clients during decluttering and decision-making processes
  • Maintain consistency with organizing systems and project goals
  • Step into a leadership role when necessary, directing Support Organizers as needed
  • Ensure professionalism, discretion and a positive client experience

  • Have experience in organizing (professionally or personally) and a natural ability to create order
  • Can work independently while also taking direction from a Lead Organizer
  • Are proactive, efficient and able to adapt to different organizing styles and client needs

As a Support Organizer, you’ll work alongside a Lead Organizer to assist in decluttering, organizing and transforming clients’ spaces. You’ll follow our proven systems while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an eye for detail and loves creating organized spaces without the pressure of leading projects.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist the Lead Organizer in executing organizing projects in homes and offices
  • Sort, categorize and arrange items efficiently
  • Follow the organizing systems and strategies set by the Lead Organizer
  • Provide exceptional service and a supportive presence for clients
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients’ spaces and belongings

  • Have a natural ability to create order and enjoy physical work
  • Can follow directions and adapt to different organizing styles
  • Are comfortable working in various environments, from closets to kitchens to home offices
